We established this residence as our own Cape Cod getaway, and appointed it with all the amenities we expect when traveling. For our guests we provide luxury accommodations for the modern summer vacation, set in secluded, estate-like grounds.  The house is so quiet it feels like a day in the country, but the property is adjacent to the Shining Sea Bike Path, and is an easy walk to the village or Surf Drive beach.

This classic Cape Cod private home in the exclusive Greengate neighborhood features four beautiful bedrooms and three luxurious baths. Baths upstairs each have soaking tubs large enough for two. The modern kitchen includes a washer/dryer and all the amenities of a contemporary home. Living room queen sleeper sofa and one twin roll-away for unexpected guests.

Just bring your bathing suit and vacation wear. We provide the high-thread count sheets and Turkish towels.  Relax by the huge swimming pool, or meditate on the tree-covered bluestone patio.  Of course, your vacation home has a large screen television and WiFi for rainy days.  If solitude is what you desire, disable the technology and work your way through the book collections in every room. 

The swimming pool is a surprising 60 feet long and has an adjacent lounging terrace and two separate bluestone dining terraces surrounded by garden. The pool is available from the beginning of June until the end of September.
